Passionate about empowering clinicians and caregivers, Dan FitzGerald conceived All of Me — a modular, patient-centered health record application designed for real-world usability and caregiver collaboration. As Chief Executive Officer for All of Me, Dan brings over 14 years of frontline clinical experience as an ER and ICU nurse in both military and civilian healthcare systems, offering a rare dual lens on patient care and systems-level innovation.
With a Master of Public Health from Yale and deep expertise in health informatics, Dan bridges the gap between bedside realities and digital solutions. His health IT work includes developing AI-driven clinical decision support tools, EHR-integrated risk models, and scalable documentation systems aligned with CMS and HL7 standards. As the creator of the Research Analyzer for Systematic Review, he redefined evidence synthesis by enabling 70+ structured assessments per study—delivering insights in seconds that would otherwise require years of advanced academic training.
Dan’s mission is clear: build tools that are not only smart, but truly usable at the point of care.
